1. Services
   Luz y Lumbre provides mobile bartending and cocktail catering services. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on event requirements.

2. Booking & Payment
   A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your invoice or contract.

3. Alcohol Responsibility
   The client is responsible for supplying all alcohol for the event. Luz y Lumbre provides mixers, garnishes, tools, bar setup, and all other necessary supplies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and ensuring compliance with venue rules and local laws regarding alcohol service.

5. Service Refusal
   Luz y Lumbre reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears underage, intoxicated, or behaves inappropriately, in compliance with Florida alcohol laws.

6. Liability
   Luz y Lumbre is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur as a result of alcohol consumption at your event.
